By using Casanova's Memoirs you agree to these terms. Apple's Standard Licensed Application EULA also applies to the iOS app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your own devices. The text of the Memoirs is in the public domain. The app's design, code, illustrations, translations edits and other original content are owned by Frenk Development UG and may not be copied or resold.

Premium access and purchases

Some features require a purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions, if offered, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. You can restore past purchases with "Restore purchase" in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Content

The Memoirs contain adult themes and historical attitudes that reflect the 18th century. Illustrations are AI-generated and are artistic interpretations.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
