Restore a purchase

Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

Reminders not arriving

Check that notifications are allowed for the app in your device settings, and that battery saver is not restricting it.

Reading progress

Progress is stored on your device. Reinstalling or switching devices starts you from the beginning.
