Casanova's Memoirs

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

Casanova's Memoirs (the "app" and this website) is provided by Frenk Development UG ("we"). There are no user accounts and we do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details.

Stored on your device only

Your reading progress, bookmarks, highlights, settings, achievements and reminder times are stored locally on your device. We do not receive them.

Analytics

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how it is used (for example which screens are opened and whether the app crashes). This may process an app-instance identifier, device and OS information and approximate region. We do not use it to identify you. Data is processed by Google under its own terms: policies.google.com/privacy.

Content delivery

Some images and media are loaded from Firebase Storage (Google). Google receives your IP address as part of this request.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We use RevenueCat to verify and restore your purchase. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase information, but not your payment details. See revenuecat.com/privacy.

Notifications

If you allow them, reminders are scheduled locally on your device. They do not involve our servers.

Website

This website is hosted on Vercel, which processes server logs (such as IP address and requested page) to deliver the site. The in-browser reader stores your progress in your browser only.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request information about, or deletion of, data we hold about you, and you may complain to a data protection authority. Because we hold no personal profile, we can usually only point you to the providers above. You can opt out of analytics by emailing us, and you can delete all local data by uninstalling the app.

Children

The Memoirs contain mature themes. The app is not directed at children under 16.
